Welcome to Velvet Aura Ventures, the parent company of Base Note Perfumes and Velvet Oak Perfume. We strive to ensure every customer receives products in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the perfume product arrives broken, leaking, or physically damaged.

The 3-day return window begins from the date the product is received by you or your appointed third party (excluding the delivery carrier).

This policy applies to all perfume products ordered from:

• Base Note Perfumes

• Velvet Oak Perfume

How to Initiate a Return

Your email should include:

• Your order number

• A clear explanation of the issue

• Photos of the damaged item

• A complete unboxing video showing the damaged product

The unboxing video is mandatory for verification and claim approval.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days

• The item must remain unused

• Original packaging must be intact

• A valid unboxing video must be provided

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

Velvet Aura Ventures reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Velvet Aura Ventures is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds will only be processed after:

• The returned product is received by us, or

• Valid delivery proof is provided

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Used or partially used perfume bottles

• Missing original packaging

• Failure to provide an unboxing video

• Return requests made after the 3-day return window
